WHITE CARDAMOM
White cardamom or also known as Javanese cardamom comes from the Zingiberaceae family with the scientific name Amomum Compactum. It is widely produced on the island of Java and is commonly used as a spice in Javanese dishes.
Shape: White cardamom is oval or slightly elliptical with wrinkles. Usually has three longitudinal grooves.
Color: White cardamom color ranges from white to gold.
Smell: Has a distinctive aromatic cardamom aroma.
Taste: When consumed, white cardamom imparts a slightly spicy minty taste.
Hardness: When pressed with two fingers, the skin of the fruit will break.
Moisture Content: White cardamom usually contains 17% to 20% moisture
WHITE PEPPER
White Pepper is a spice commodity from Indonesia that has long been known on the international market.
Our White Pepper comes from the island of Bangka Belitung, also known as Muntok White Pepper. This commodity is a daily necessity for other countries and is also in demand because of its distinctive taste with a spicier taste.
Muntok White Pepper typical of Bangka Belitung has a unique spice taste with a high level of spiciness (5%-7%) and has been certified as a Geographical Indication (GI).

CLOVES

Storing Conditions: The product must be stored in an airtight container and far away from sunlight and any moisture. The product can be refrigerated but ursers are not advised to due to a chance of contamination that might occur.
Shelf life: 3 - 4 years under storage conditions in accordance with the recommended storage.
